General Terms

 

In the event of an attempted delivery where the receiver was either not responsive, unavailable to receive the gift, or postponed to a later date, the same product can be re-delivered the following day with an additional charge of AED 30 Dubai /35 AED outside Dubai. Keep note that re-delivery will be for the same item in its current condition. If the condition is not satisfactory, the sender would have to re-purchase the items, and delivery will take place only in the next available time-slot after the recipient confirmation is received.

 

In the event of no response from the receiver during delivery, the Sender will be updated. If in case there is no response from the Sender, the order will be cancelled and no refund will be issued if it passes 24 hours from the time of delivery.

 

 

Order Refusal

 

  1. If the order is refused by the receiver during the address capturing stage, a refund will be issued if the order is not yet prepared. A refund will NOT be issued if the order has been prepared. Sender would need to provide an alternative recipient.
  2. If the order is refused by the receiver upon delivery,  a refund will NOT be issued and the order will return back to our location. Sender would need to provide an alternative recipient and re-delivery charge of AED 30 Dubai / AED 35 Outside Dubai will be applied.

Returns 

 

Returns may be executed on any of the following grounds:

 

  1. Quality: If there is an issue with the quality of a received order and the said issue has been confirmed by BloomingBox, you may request for product replacement, or another product of the same value, OR you may also receive a full refund for your purchase. 

If the order consists of a cake, the replacement can only be accepted within 3 hours of receiving the cake.

  1. Quantity: If the order you received does not correspond with the amount that you ordered and this discrepancy has been confirmed by BloomingBox, you may choose to request for a new item as compensation for the order or a fair refund corresponding to the value of the unincluded item/s.

 

Replacements will only take place on the next delivery slot if the slot is before 6pm. Any orders received after 6pm and a replacement is needed, that replacement will be issued on the next consecutive day.

 

BloomingBox only delivers within the United Arab Emirates, and the fees for such vary based on order value and time. Please refer to the chart below for all details:

 

Timing of Deliveries

 

The time at which BloomingBox’s orders can be delivered is dependent on both the area for delivery and the content of the order. Please refer to the table below for a breakdown:

Address process

 

Once an address is entered by the Sender in the Checkout Page, we will consider it as the confirmed address and the Receiver will not be contacted by us.

**DISCLAIMER: Bloomingbox will not be liable for issuing any refunds/replacements if the address provided by the sender is wrong during the delivery process.

MARKING "CALL RECEIVER FOR ADDRESS instructions" MAY AFFECT DELIVERY TIMING CHOSEN DEPENDING ON WHEN THE ADDRESS IS PROVIDED.

If address is not provided within the cut off time of the time slots mentioned below, order will be automatically moved to the next available slot.

 

In the event of no response from the receiver during address capture from Bloomingbox, the order will be cancelled and no refund will be issued if it passes 48 hours from the time of purchase.
